NSE IPO allotment: How to check status, listing date and expected listing price

The NSE IPO allotment is expected to be finalised on September 22, 2026, after the Rs 22,561.57 crore public issue was subscribed 5.71 times during the three-day bidding period.
The IPO, which opened for subscription on September 17 and closed on September 21, is entirely an offer for sale of 12.64 crore shares. The issue has a price band of Rs 1,700 to Rs 1,785 per share, with a lot size of eight shares. At the upper end of the price band, the minimum investment for a retail investor was Rs 14,280.
The issue was subscribed 1.39 times in the retail category, 12.68 times in the QIB (Ex Anchor) category and 6.55 times in the NII category by September 21.
HOW TO CHECK NSE IPO ALLOTMENT STATUS
Investors who applied for the NSE IPO can check their allotment status using either the BSE website or the registrar’s portal — MUFG Intime India Private Limited.
On the BSE website:
Visit the BSE IPO allotment page.
Select ‘Equity’ and choose ‘NSE’ from the drop-down list.
Enter your application number and PAN.
Fill in the captcha code and click ‘Search’ to view your allotment status.
On the MUFG Intime website:
Go to the MUFG Intime India IPO allotment page.
Choose ‘NSE’ from the list of issues.
You can search using your Application Number, Demat Account Number, or PAN.
Enter the required details, fill in the captcha code, and click ‘Submit’ to view the allotment status.
Following the finalisation of the allotment, refunds for investors who did not receive shares will be processed, while successful applicants will have their allotted shares credited directly to their demat accounts.
NSE IPO LISTING DATE
The NSE IPO is scheduled to list on the BSE on September 24, 2026.
The allotment is expected to be finalised on September 22, followed by the subsequent process of share credit and listing.
The NSE IPO was offered in the price band of Rs 1,700 to Rs 1,785 per share.
The lot size was fixed at eight shares. Based on the upper end of the price band, a retail investor needed Rs 14,280 to apply for one lot.
The issue also has a reservation of up to 4,33,437 shares for employees, with an employee discount of Rs 170 on the issue price.
WHAT COULD BE NSE IPO LISTING PRICE?
The latest recorded grey market premium, or GMP, for the NSE IPO was Rs 65 as of September 22, according to the information provided.
With the upper price band fixed at Rs 1,785, the GMP implies an estimated listing price of Rs 1,850.
This would represent an estimated gain of 3.64% over the upper end of the IPO price band.
However, the GMP is only an indication of market expectations and the actual listing price will be determined when the shares begin trading on the BSE.
The NSE IPO is a book-built issue of Rs 22,561.57 crore and consists entirely of an offer for sale of 12.64 crore shares.
The bidding period ran from September 17 to September 21, while the allotment is expected on September 22. The tentative listing date is September 24.
