Kylie Jenner is facing a third workplace-related lawsuit, with a former private chef alleging that the demanding conditions she worked under during events contributed to her miscarriage. The complaint follows two recent lawsuits filed by Jenner's former housekeepers over alleged workplace misconduct involving other staff members.

According to court documents filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court on June 22 and obtained by PEOPLE, the chef alleged she was made to work long hours and perform physically demanding tasks despite informing supervisors that she had a high-risk pregnancy. PEOPLE reported that it had reached out to Jenner's representative for comment.

The plaintiff claimed she began working for Jenner in November 2024 and requested pregnancy-related accommodations. However, she alleged that she suffered a medical emergency in December after being asked to carry heavy food items uphill. The lawsuit also alleges that while working at a birthday party for one of Jenner's children on February 1, 2025, she received little support despite repeatedly asking for help.

According to the complaint, the chef suffered severe haemorrhaging the following morning and later learned she had lost her unborn child. She further alleged that after informing her supervisors, she was falsely blamed for leaving a kitchen in disarray before eventually being removed from the Kylie Jenner household assignment in March 2025.

The lawsuit also names management firm Tri Star, accusing it of pregnancy discrimination, retaliation, failure to provide accommodations and wage violations. The former chef is seeking damages, lost wages and employment benefits. Her attorney said she hopes the lawsuit encourages other employees facing similar circumstances to come forward.
