Properties for sale in Bristol for less than £100K

Despite these alarming figures where even flats in the Bristol area are being marketed for an average of £269,000, finding a property for less than £100,000 seems almost impossible.
However Right Move has a few properties listed in Bristol which fall under the £100,000 mark. Mostly these are auction guide prices and shared ownership and almost exclusively one bedroom flats.
This basement flat in St George will need significant work before anyone can comfortably live in the property. But at a guide price of £25,000 it is currently the cheapest property on sale in Bristol, excluding garages. The 299 sq ft building is set to be sold via an online auction in December. While the new build flat is being sold for £50,000 - it will only give the buyer a 25 per cent share of the property. If you are sick of living on land and fancy a barge or a houseboat, there are currently several on the market, in and around Bristol. While specialist sites like Apollo Duck have a range of narrow boats for sale, Right Move has recently listed a Yavanna houseboat which is currently moored at the Hanover Pontoon with the option of moving into the Bristol Marina.
