Mahindra XUV7XO Price Hike Oct 2026 Up To Rs 20k – Details

Mahindra Auto, India’s leading SUV manufacturer, has just updated prices of their flagship ICE SUV, the XUV7XO. In this price hike from the month of October 2026, we can see that this popular SUV has gotten dearer by up to Rs 20,000. XUV7XO’s new price hike varies with variants and is not standard across variants.

XUV7XO Price Hike Oct 2026 – Petrol Variants

From the month of October 2026, Mahindra has increased prices of its flagship ICE SUV. While the reason for this price hike is not revealed, rising input costs along with bump in fuel prices, costlier logistics along with rising costs of RAM and ROM chips along with rising costs of AI task processors could be attributed to this price hike.

Mahindra has kept the base variant price and the range-topper price the same, so that the price range on paper is still the same. However, all the variants in between, have received a price hike. The highest price hike among XUV7XO’s variants is Rs 20,000 and the lowest price hike is Rs 7,500 (both Ex-sh).

XUV7XO’s base AX Petrol MT variant does not get any price hike and the base price of Rs 13.99 lakh is retained as is. AX3 Petrol MT has received a price hike of Rs 8,000 and then we have AX3 Petrol AT and AX5 Petrol MT, both variants are priced the same and they also get the same price hike of Rs 9,000.

AX7 Petrol MT and AX5 Petrol AT variants get a price hike of Rs 12,999 and Rs 9,499, respectively. AX7 Petrol AT, on the other hand, gets a price hike of Rs 10,499. AX7T Petrol AT 7S and AX7T Petrol AT 6S, both receive the same price hike of Rs 13,999, while AX7L Petrol AT gets a price hike of Rs 14,999.

Diesel Variants Price Hike

Base Diesel AX MT variant is priced at Rs 15,36,499 after a price hike of Rs 7,499, while AX3 Diesel MT gets a slightly higher price hike of Rs 8,499. AX3 Diesel AT and AX5 Diesel MT are priced the same at Rs 18,37,999 after a price hike of Rs 8,999. AX7 Diesel MT is priced at Rs 19.80 lakh, which gets the highest price hike in this list of Rs 20,000.

AX5 Diesel AT and AX7 Diesel AT prices are hiked by Rs 9,999 and Rs 10,500, respectively. AX7T Diesel MT 7S and 6S variants get similar price hike of around Rs 15,000, while AX7T Diesel AT 7S and 6S get different price hikes of Rs 11,499 and Rs 15,999). Price hike with AX7L Diesel AT is Rs 16,999, while top-spec AX7L Diesel AT AWD variant continues with its Rs 25,79,000 price tag as it does not get any price hike. (All prices Ex-sh).
