Volkswagen Celebrates Virtus 4 Year Anniversary With Exclusive Benefits

It was 2022 when Volkswagen first introduced the Virtus sedan in India. Based on the coveted MQB A0 IN platform, Virtus packed the best-in-segment safety proposition at the time and it even had the understated looks going for it. Soon, Virtus clicked in India and this premium executive C Segment sedan has been leading this segment in terms of sales since 2022.

To commemorate 4 year anniversary of Virtus in the country, Volkswagen is offering exclusive benefits to buyers. There’s festivities across Volkswagen showrooms and buyers are rewarded with special benefits and exclusive deals.

Volkswagen Virtus 4 Year Anniversary

As part of the 4 year anniversary for Volkswagen Virtus sedan, the company is offering special anniversary benefits across Virtus’ variant range. These include Buy Now and Pay Later scheme, Loyalty Benefits, Special Anniversary Celebration Benefits and Exclusive Offers For Doctors and Chartered Accountants.

The success of Virtus sedan in the country is rather notable too. Volkswagen India has sold 1 Virtus sedan every 24 minutes (on an average), becoming India’s beloved premium and executive C Segment Sedan. In India, buyers have a higher preference of GT variants and automatic gearbox options.

There is a facelift incoming for Virtus in the country and testing of this upcoming sedan has commenced in India. As part of this facelift, Volkswagen India is expected to give it an all new fascia with adaptive LED headlights, new digital cockpit, connected headlights and tail lights, illuminated front and rear logos, revised colours and interior trims.

The same 1.0L 3-cylinder TSI and 1.5L 4-cylinder TSI engines are expected to be carried forward. The more enthusiastic 1.5L TSI engine will retain the 6-speed Manual and 7-speed DSG options, but the 1.0L TSI engine is expected to get a new 8-speed Aisin-sourced torque converter.
