Laura Hamilton, frontwoman of Channel 4's A Place in the Sun, was visibly taken aback in a recent episode, uttering "Oh no" as she perceived her clients' discontent.

In Wednesday's (October 2) engaging instalment of the popular property hunt show, Laura helmed the quest. Sisters Sheila and Jean were counting on Laura to secure their perfect holiday home in Malaga, with high hopes for two bedrooms and an expansive balcony.

Nonetheless, the initial property viewed left the sisters Sheila and Jean feeling uninspired. Catching their tepid reaction, Laura let slip, "Oh no! The face says it all! ".

Sheila and Jean inspected the accommodation, concurring that it seemed "was a bit dated". Additional concerns arose; specifically, the main living space couldn't accommodate the dining setup they envisaged, and the much-anticipated balcony was unexpectedly small.

Attempting to justify, Laura highlighted the potential redundancy of indoor dining given the favourable climate for eating outdoors, according to the Mirror, reports the Daily Record.

Further into the episode, Laura presented a dose of reality to viewers, noting, "If you want a roof terrace or outside balcony, something will have to give."

With a modest budget of £120,000, the financial ceiling for Sheila and Jean appeared rather tight, particularly given their chosen locale.

One frustrated viewer expressed their annoyance on social media, stating: "Stop moaning about what the apartment doesn't have and start thinking about your minuscule budget.... Or look for something further north where your money goes considerably further."

Another added: "Don't think they're getting that their budget isn't going to get all their wants."

By the end of the episode, Laura had a candid conversation with the sisters to see if any of the five properties they viewed appealed to them.

Unfortunately, even though house number four piqued their interest, Shelia and Jean decided not to make an offer on any of the properties. A visibly upset Laura shared her disappointment.
