Having a coffee in the morning is an important part of starting the day for most people, whether that's by making one at home or getting one on your way to work. More and more people are trying to save money by making their own coffee drinks, but these don't always taste the same as what you can get at somewhere like Starbucks or Costa.

Plus, even if you do have a great coffee machine at home, people often buy capsules in bulk to save money. This is a great option but can leave you with a hundred pods of a flavour that you got bored with after the first week.

As not everyone likes drinking the same exact coffee each day and likes the variety you get in a cafe. However, there are some great deals in Amazon's current Big Deals sale that will give customers high-quality coffee at home, with a variety of different flavours for a fraction of the usual price.

We have rounded up our top picks for Starbucks deals, which will see Prime members save more than 30 per cent.

STARBUCKS Mixed Cup Variety Pack by NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto

If you have a coffee machine that is compatible with Dolce Gusto pods then this is a great deal to make the most of. This variety pack is an Amazon exclusive and includes six different boxes of flavours, including 12 pods in each box.

The retail price of this bundle is £26.40, but it has been reduced by 30 per cent to £18.39 for Prime members. This deal would make each of the 72 pods about 25p each, which is a lot cheaper than the average price of an in-store Starbucks coffee.

Customers have left this bundle more than 600 reviews and it has an average rating of 4.6 stars. One customer typed: "Thought I'd try something different and these Starbucks coffee pods are great value and taste. Choose from a wide selection to please the taste buds and savour the coffee."

Another stated: "What can I say? It's Starbucks coffee in your own cup. Highly recommend." However, one customer warns that the bundle will only give you 36 servings, stating that two different capsules are required to make each drink.

They wrote: "Really disappointed that the pack contains only 36 servings. The description says 72 capsules (6 x 12). However, nowhere does it say that two different capsules are required to make each drink.

"Product comparison shows single boxes contain six drinks but this mixed pack of six boxes only states total capsules and 6 x 12. I feel ripped off."

The flavours included in this deal include house blend americano, espresso roast, caffe latte, cappuccino, caramel macchiato and latte macchiato.

STARBUCKS Seasonal Festive Variety Pack by Nespresso

With Christmas just around the corner many people have already started thinking about their favourite seasonal drinks. This variety pack of Starbucks pods are suitable for those with a coffee machine that is compatible with Nespresso pods.

For £14.99 you could get 60 coffee pods across three different flavours. This includes the limited edition toffee nut coffee, creamy vanilla coffee and smooth caramel coffee.

This variety pack is an Amazon exclusive and has a retail price of £23.70, which means the current deal is a huge 37 per cent off. Although the product only has 20 reviews so far all of these are between five and three-stars.

One customer wrote: "Good flavour without having to add syrups. Flavour isn’t as strong as with the syrups but I prefer it this way as it’s not too sweet.

"The usual Starbucks quality at home and whilst more expensive than other capsules, it’s a considerable saving on actually going to Starbucks and buying a flavoured coffee." Another review stated: "These are nice drinks, however, they only produce 80ml of coffee per capsule. A standard mug is 400ml so you would need 5 capsules per mug, making each mug of coffee £1.97, so not as cheap as you may think and frankly that is ludicrous.

"I know you pay a premium for capsules, but even so that's a bit on the high side. Still cheaper than drinking at Starbucks though I guess."

Similar to the deal above, this Starbucks variety pack is also only suitable for Nespresso-compatible coffee machines. However, this deal includes six different flavours of coffee pods, including blonde espresso roast, caffe Verona, espresso roast, Colombia, pike place roast and the house blend pods.

This Amazon exclusive bundle has a retail price of £23.70 but it is on offer for the Prime Big Deals Day for £14.69. This is a huge discount of 38 per cent, and works out at around 24p for each of the 60 capsules.

There are also more than 330 reviews for this bundle, with 72 per cent of these being five-stars. One shopper stated: "A good range of different tastes and strengths from mild to reasonably strong, which is all subjective.

"I like the variety packs so you can decide which flavours you like before buying bulk packs. NB: The pods are compatible with Nespresso original machines and also work with the Philips L'OR Barrister Sublime machine."

However, not everyone was a fan. One customer shared: "I wanted to buy this pack to have a different assortment of coffees so as to change my taste every day and not get bored.

"In my opinion a bit overrated and the tastes were not to my liking. The toasting level is too high with a hint of 'burned'. In any case, nice packaging and I still liked the variety but I'm not thinking of buying it again. If, on the other hand, you are people who like roasted coffee then the product is for you."

Asda also has a great range of Starbucks coffee pods available, including a variety of flavours for Dolce Gusto machines at £4.50 for 12 pods, or three boxes for £10, which works out at around 27p a pod.

This deal includes a range of flavours and brands, including Nescafé's own pods. The supermarket also has a two for £8 offer on packs of Tassimo coffee pods, and two for £5 on the Starbucks Nespresso packs of 10.
