Marcos, Liza declare P475.93 million net worth
by Daphne Galvez, Helen Flores · philstarMANILA, Philippines — The declared wealth of President Marcos and his wife Liza has consistently increased since he took office, with their net worth valued at P475.93 million in 2025, as shown in their statements of assets, liabilities and net worth (SALNs).
GMA News reported that Marcos jointly declared with his wife a net worth of P475.93 million as of Dec. 31, 2025. This is P86.57 million more than their declared wealth of P389.357 million in 2024, P381.447 million in 2023 and P371.492 million in 2022.
The First Couple had a net worth of P329.229 million as of June 30, 2022, when Marcos assumed the presidency.
Net worth is computed by subtracting total liabilities from total assets.
Marcos also attached an appraisal report by independent appraisal firm Cuervo Appraisers Inc. showing that their appraised net worth as of December 2025 was at P1.457 billion.
Appraised net worth is the estimated value of a person’s total wealth based on a professional valuation.
According to the report citing the 2025 Cuervo appraisal, the couple’s real properties had a total fair market value of P1.029 billion, while personal properties were worth P427.419 million.
Their personal properties include investments worth P178.6 million, paintings valued at P84.8 million, cash holdings of P98.7 million, and jewelry worth P26.4 million.
They also declared 12 motor vehicles, including a 2023 Mercedes-Maybach S680 valued at P10.5 million and a 2023 GMC Yukon Denali XL priced at P9.5 million. They declared no liabilities.
In 2024, Marcos’ appraised net worth was at P1.375 billion, composed of real properties with a total current fair market value of P1.058 billion and personal properties with total appraised value of P317.375 million.
