BEST FRAME: Eyewear maker Ray-Ban has appointed Blackpink‘s Jennie as its new global brand ambassador in a bid to connect the brand with a new generation of fashion- and music-loving consumers.
Fresh off an electrifying performance as the closing headliner of Complexcon Hong Kong, the K-pop star’s cool, unforced take on luxury and street style mirrors Ray-Ban’s own mix of timelessness and edge, the brand said.
“I’m really happy to be partnering with Ray-Ban. It felt natural from the beginning. To me, confidence isn’t loud; it comes from feeling comfortable with yourself and expressing who you are in a quiet way,” said the star, whose stage name is Jennie Ruby Jane.

“Ray-Ban has that same energy: simple, expressive, and easy to live in. I love pieces that stay with you every day and become part of your mood, and this collaboration fits perfectly into that,” she added.
