ON BOARD: Verneek, the deep tech AI firm, has expanded its advisory board with three prominent veterans of the luxury, retail and consumer industries.
The new board members are: Philippe Schaus, former chief executive officer of Moët Hennessy and member of the LVMH executive committee; Nils Smedegaard Andersen, chairman of ASML and former CEO of Maersk and former chairman of Unilever, and Dave Kimbell, former CEO of Ulta Beauty.
The new board members are all investors in Verneek, which is striving to scale its business. Others on the advisory board are Geoffroy van Raemdonck, CEO of Saks Global and Verneek investor; Kathy Waller, former chief financial officer of Coca-Cola; Karenann Terrell, former chief technology officer of Walmart; Colleen McKeown, former chief human resources officer of Prologis, and Andy Cunningham, CEO of Cunningham Collective.
