May 8 : Industrial giant Honeywell's quantum computing company, Quantinuum, on Friday made public its paperwork for an initial public offering in the United States.
The Broomfield, Colorado-based company plans to sell new shares in the offering.
J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley are the joint lead active book-running managers for the offering.
Quantinuum will list on the Nasdaq under the symbol "QNT."
