Frasers Hospitality brings new luxury brand to Bangkok, eyes other prime gateways
by Karen Yue · TTG asiaThe Thai capital’s appeal to both travellers and expatriates, as well as development opportunities presented by the new One Bangkok mixed-use complex, has caught the eye of Frasers Hospitality, prompting the launch of its first Fraser Suites Reserve serviced residence in Bangkok.
Fraser Suites Reserve will join Frasers Hospitality’s brand portfolio towards the end of 2026. The first Fraser Suites Reserve is set within the One Bangkok mixed-use integrated district, developed by TCC Assets (Thailand) Company and Frasers Property, and comprising five Grade-A office towers, residential towers, retail zones, green spaces and more. Occupying the top 10 floors of a 45-storey tower, the 255-key property will offer views of the Bangkok skyline and Chao Phraya River.
Spaces across Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok are designed to resemble a sanctuary in the sky, with a landscaped courtyard extending from the lobby on the 36th floor and connecting to an infinity pool with views of the Thai capital. Positioned around the arrival hub are various facilities, including Club Frasers, a private lounge designed for conversation, connection and curated experiences; House of Rejuvenation, a wellness retreat equipped with facilities such as thermal pools, cold plunges, compression therapy, dry flotation and red-light therapy; and two restaurants.
Speaking to TTG Asia after a hard-hat tour of the project, Chew Hang Song, COO of Frasers Hospitality, said: “Bangkok is one of the most exuberant cities in South-east Asia. And since One Bangkok is a major project by our parent company, it presents an opportunity for us to create something different. Being part of the One Bangkok development also enables us to extend further into the luxury segment, and reach a potential audience that craves for a different type of product. So, the stars are aligned for the launch of Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok.”
When asked to differentiate the new Fraser Suites Reserve from the familiar Fraser Suites, both of which target luxury guests, Chew said guests of Fraser Suites Reserve properties can expect an “elevated experience” through curated wellness programming.
Besides the wellness infrastructure at House of Rejuvenation, guests of Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok will have access to The Wellness Edit, Frasers Hospitality’s proprietary global wellness programme. Through simple, repeatable everyday rituals that can be incorporated naturally into a guest’s stay, the programme is designed to integrate well-being through simple gestures, making it easier to sustain even amid demanding schedules and frequent travel.
He added that the dining experience at Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok will also be “a notch above the F&B offerings that we have at other properties”.
Chew shared that the brand is designed to cater to “time starved professionals” who value “an environment that they can feel immediately familiar with”.
Frasers Hospitality is keen to grow the presence of the Fraser Suites Reserve brand, but Chew said the team would be “very selective” to maintain its “top-tier” brand positioning.
“We are keeping a lookout for new projects in key gateways and prime locations,” he said.
