Frasers Hospitality unveils Fraser Suites Reserve

Frasers Hospitality is adding a luxury serviced living brand to its portfolio, with the first Fraser Suites Reserve property set to begin welcoming guests in Bangkok in December 2026.

Fraser Suites Reserve will target the luxury extended-stay segment, combining serviced residences with hotel facilities and services. Many rooms will feature integrated kitchenettes, while properties will include dining, wellness and leisure facilities and Club Frasers, a private guest lounge.

The 255-room Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok will debut as part of a phased opening in December, followed by a full opening in March 2027 when all facilities are scheduled to become available.

Located at One Bangkok at the intersection of Rama IV and Wireless roads, the property will occupy the top 10 floors of a 45-storey office and retail tower, with views across the city and Chao Phraya River.

Wellness facilities at the Bangkok property will include the House of Rejuvenation, offering therapist-led treatments, thermal pools, cold plunges, compression therapy, dry flotation and red-light therapy.

Guests will also have access to The Wellness Edit, Frasers Hospitality’s wellness programme, which will be offered across the brand.
