Minor Hotels introduces Life Longevity wellness brand
by TTG Asia · TTG asiaMinor Hotels has established Life Longevity, a wellness brand spanning resort, urban and residential properties, with plans to expand beyond Thailand into international markets.
The brand builds on Layan Life by Anantara at Anantara Layan Phuket Resort, with its first urban location, Bangkok Life at The St Regis Bangkok, scheduled to open in autumn 2026.
Life Longevity combines clinical diagnostics, complementary medicine, wellness treatments and lifestyle guidance, with programmes tailored to individual guests. The concept is designed to provide continuity of care across different locations and between visits.
The brand will operate across three formats. Resort locations will offer wellness programmes and treatments, urban centres will focus on diagnostics and therapies, while residential developments will incorporate wellness facilities and services into everyday living.
An optional membership programme, Circle of Life, will allow guests to maintain contact with wellness practitioners between visits through consultations and digital health records. Membership benefits will extend across Life Longevity locations as the network grows.
At Anantara Layan Phuket Resort, Layan Life offers personalised programmes incorporating Traditional Thai Medicine, clinical assessments and treatments. Its Life After Layan programme provides follow-up support after guests leave the resort.
Bangkok Life at The St Regis Bangkok will focus on longevity treatments, medical aesthetics and diagnostic services.
Further urban, resort and residential locations are under development outside Thailand, although destinations and opening dates have not been disclosed.
Dillip Rajakarier, group CEO of Minor International, said: “What sets Life Longevity apart is continuity: wherever guests find us, they are cared for by people who already know them, and whose care evolves as their needs do, for many years to come.”
