Miami’s ever-growing skyline is brimming with many new and exclusive ultra-luxury residential developments. Along the glistening shores of Miami Beach, The Perigon is a 17-story, 73-residence building with clean lines and organic curves.

Developed by Mast Capital and Starwood Capital, the building was designed by architecture firm OMA with interiors by UK-based design firm Tara Bernerd and Partners. Many other units in the building, including a $37 million penthouse, have launched, and now, the last available residences in the diamond-shaped structure are for sale. The 01 Collection ranges from $19.9 million to more than $26 million and starts at more than 6,000 square feet with 320-degree oceanfront views. These condo offerings are unlike anything else in the building in that they’re some of the largest layouts in a sky villa-like style, making you feel like you’re living in a mansion in the sky.

“The 01 Collection has been designed for buyers who want something truly extraordinary, including spacious layouts and stunning oceanfront living,”Philip Freedman, sales director of The Perigon, tells Forbes. “These homes offer 320-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean and Miami Beach, paired with oversized wraparound terraces and open living spaces that stretch 40 feet wide. With floor plans that go beyond 6,000 square feet—some as large as 7,550 square feet—and more than 150 feet of oceanfront terrace space, it’s like having your own private estate in the sky, with forever protected ocean views, and all the conveniences of a luxury condo. There are no single-family homes in Miami Beach that can offer this.”

Each condo has high-end finishes like stone, wood, and glass, as well as organic fabrics. The residences have a neutral color palette and modern details like curved lines, fluted accents, brass fixtures, European white oak, Italian walnut, and honed white marble. Conceptualized for design-conscious residents, the Zen interiors feature bright and airy kitchens, spacious living areas, and plenty of entertainment space. No matter where you are in the home, oceanfront views await.

“What makes these residences even more special is the attention to detail,” Freedman says. “From the Tara Bernerd-designed midnight bar to the 40 feet of seamless indoor-outdoor entertainment space and private terraces that feel like an extension of the ocean, every detail has been thought through to blend luxury with the natural beauty of the surroundings.”

The homes have floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, and private bedrooms with their own outdoor spaces. However, it’s the building’s hotel-inspired amenities that draw discerning buyers. There’s a residents’-only restaurant and speakeasy helmed by chef Shaun Hergatt, the chef of Michelin-starred restaurants, as well as a private beach club, 20,000 square feet of amenity space, and swimming pool. There’s also a fitness center, private salon, screening room, kids’ playroom, and billiards room. There are also guest suites in the building for hosting visiting family and friends.

“Every residence in The 01 Collection has private elevator access, a two-car garage, and dedicated service quarters with their own entrance and ensuite bathroom,” Freedman says. “These features aren’t just about convenience, they’re about creating a sense of privacy and ease that’s hard to find anywhere else.”
