1. Godspeed running club

Godspeed running club hosts occasional events and collaborations where you can run with a community, enjoy food and drinks, and connect with like-minded people. They also run weekly sessions.

To join, you can either be referred by an existing member, participate in one of their events, or simply send them a DM to introduce yourself.

2. Brand New Waves Running Club

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned runner, all abilities are welcome at Brand New Waves Running Club.

They host runs every Thursday night, usually in TTDI or other spots around KL, making it a great way to stay active and explore the city.

3. Journey Run Club

6. Mont Kiara Running Club

Mont Kiara Running Club brings together a vibrant mix of locals and expats who enjoy both the social and competitive aspects of running. The group regularly meets to run around the Mont Kiara and Hartamas areas, covering both road routes and the scenic trails near Bukit Kiara.

With a range of abilities — from casual runners to those training for anything from 10km races to 100km ultras, trail runs, triathlons, and even Ironman events — there's a place for everyone. 

They run on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, as well as on Sunday mornings, with smaller group runs happening on other days.

10. AntzColony Running Club

AntzColony Running Club hosts weekly workout and run sessions on Tuesday nights at Komo Cafe TTDI at 7.45pm.
