Debenhams reduce £230 Black Friday boots to £59 that 'get compliments'

Black Friday is in full swing at Debenhams. While November 29 isn't for over two weeks, the online retailer has reduced the price of thousands of products ahead of the official discount day.

Whether you're on the on hunt for a new watch, festive jumper or dress, anti-ageing essentials or a trendy winter coat, Debenhams has your back. The retailer is offering up to 70% off bestsellers as well as an additional 22% discount on more than 10,000 products.

There are countless fashion deals to choose from but there's one pair of boots in particular that have caught our eye. The Alpha Block Heel Knee High Boots With Stitch Detail by Where's That From have been reduced by 75% and we're absolutely smitten.

The comfortable Alpha Block Heel Knee High Boots were originally priced at £229.99 at Debenhams. In the retailer's huge Black Friday sale they have dropped to £58.64, saving shoppers a staggering £171.35.

The knee-high boots feature a block heel, which aims to ensure all-day comfort, as well as a pointed toe to add a sleek and elegant touch. The boots, which are available in sizes three to nine, also have a side zipper closure that provides a secure fit and makes it easy to on and off.

The Alpha Block Heel Knee High Boots have racked up a number of reviews online. Among them, one person said: "Quality boot. Great fit close to calf knee high. Comfortable."

A second shopper wrote: "Great purchase. Looking great. I love these boots. I receive compliments when I wear them." Another added: "Saw these advertised on breakfast TV and lucky enough to order my size. Really pleased, they are comfy and look really smart on. Going to get a lot of wear out of them."

However, not all reviewers were quite so impressed. One person told others "don't bother" and claimed they boots were "Awful cheap quality." They added: "You can see the glue on the soles and they stink of plastic."

Alternatively, high street retailer New Look has the Wide Fit Black Leather-Look Knee High Boots on sale for £33.59, down from £55.99, and the Black Leather-Look Zipped Knee High Boots for £44.99, down from £59.99. ASOS also has the SEQWL Knee High Block Heeled Boots in black for £38, while Very stocks the Danielle Platform Stretch Knee Boots for £68.
