Primark's 'cosy' £5 ear muffs look 'just like' £90 UGG version

The "snug and stylish" £5 Primark ear muffs are almost identical to the pricier version - minus the hefty price tag

Primark is stocking a new pair of earmuffs that bear a striking resemblance to a designer alternative. Known for its affordable fashion and homeware, the high street giant may have just introduced a new crowd-pleaser.

The retailer's Paula Echevarría Faux Suede Fluffy Earmuffs looks similar to a style by designer brand UGG, but at a fraction of the cost. Shoppers can snag the Primark version for £5, while the UGG Women's Sheepskin Embroidery Earmuffs carry a price tag of £90 online.

The earmuffs are similar, with an almost identical colour palette and matching faux-fur trim. However, the Primark version are somewhat fluffier, while the UGG set is made with genuine sheepskin and feature the brand's logo on ear each.

UGG's Women's Sheepskin Embroidery Earmuffs are priced at £90, while the Primark equivalent is on offer for just £5, presenting shoppers with a potential saving of £85 if they opt for the high street alternative.
