Listen to the Elon Musk vs. Sam Altman trial
The Musk v. Altman case is being streamed daily on the US District Court Northern District of California YouTube channel. The stream is audio-only, so you’ll see a black screen when tuning in. However, whenever court is in session, you’ll hear live audio from the trial. This includes testimonies, words from the judge, and statements from the defendant and plaintiff.
The lawsuit against Altman comes as Elon Musk, who co-founded OpenAI with Sam Altman and Greg Brockman, accused the other two cofounders of turning the company into a for-profit business after initially selling it to him as a non-profit when he made his initial investment. Altman has rebutted by saying that Musk is just looking to harm OpenAI as it’s a direct competitor of his company, xAI.
