The final character in Deadlock’s City Never Sleeps update has launched, Nurse Harrow, and she’s bringing tender-loving pain to the streets of the Cursed Apple. With her rounding out the update, we also learned some fun facts about the voting along the way, including how close some votes were and what caliber of players were voting.

Nurse Harrow was released just a moment ago with a Steam Developer blog detailing her release and what she can do, as well as voting stats. As might be expected, Harrow utilizes abilities that damage her foes, heal her, and support her allies in combat. She was the last of the six characters remaining to release, but according to Valve, that didn’t keep her away from talented voters. Nurse Harrow’s voters had the highest win rate out of the six characters in City Never Sleeps.

Valve released quite a few quirky stats about Deadlock's City Never Sleeps update voting, including that the Baba and Solomon had the closest votes at a difference of 0.5% out of 110 million votes.

Here’s a rundown of all of the things Nurse Harrow can do in Deadlock, as shared in-game:

  • Leech Therapy: Throw a jar of leeches that attach to enemies, dealing spirit damage over time and eating away at the duration of enemy buffs. Harrow can pick up leeches after they finish feeding, healing her for the health drained and permanently granting bonus regeneration and fire rate.
  • Wretched Vapors: Crack open a vial to release an ethereal vapor onto yourself or an ally that causes a rush, then a crash. Spector Rush: While it lasts, increases the speed of all actions and temporarily numbs all incoming damage, creating looming specters. Spector Crash: When the vapors wear off, all actions are slower, and any remaining specters deal their delayed damage plus extra damage.
  • Healing Needles: Load your weapon with a full clip of syringes that heal allies. Dealing damage recovers charges, and each leech you have collected slowly restores them. Reloading spends a charge for a fresh clip.
  • Lurking Terrors: Open your bag and reveal the horrors you carry inside, dealing spirit damage over time to enemies in front of you. Enemies looking at you build up terror and cannot use stamina or movement abilities. At max terror, they flee in fear from you. Each leech you have collected adds fear duration.
