Women Gather for 71st Nshei Chabad Convention
Women and girls from across the community gathered over the weekend for the 71st annual N’shei Ubnos Chabad Convention, which began Thursday night and concluded Sunday with the Main Session in 770 and a visit to the Rebbe's room.

The convention opened Thursday evening with a Zoom session themed “In Hashem’s Embrace Always,” featuring Mrs. Shterna Ginsberg and Mrs. Rivka Geisinsky, who shared messages of strength, emunah, and connection. Greetings from Eretz Yisroel were delivered by Mrs. Chaya Hitin.
Friday morning’s Zoom program featured Rabbi Gershon Avtzon, who delivered a shiur on Pirkei Avos ahead of Shabbos. Participants also enjoyed a cheese and crudité board demonstration presented by Mrs. Gitty Rappoport.
A special Shabbos Shalosh Seudos gathering took place at the Razag Ballroom, where Mrs. Miryam Swerdlov served as MC. Guest speaker Rabbi Leibel Goldfarb addressed the crowd, alongside a representative from Machon L’Yahadus. The program also featured spirited niggunim and an atmosphere of achdus and inspiration.
On Motzoei Shabbos, attendees gathered for a paint night hosted at the home of Mrs. Miriam Goldshmid on Union Street, providing an opportunity for relaxation and camaraderie following the uplifting Shabbos.
The convention concluded Sunday with the main session held downstairs in 770 Bais Moshiach. Participants heard a reading of the Rebbe’s letter, followed by words from Rabbi Shloma Majeski and guest speaker Rabbi Shlomie Naparstek. Mrs. Goldie Blank served as MC, and a representative of Bnos Chabad also addressed the gathering.
The convention concluded with participants going to the Rebbe’s room, bringing a meaningful close to the annual weekend of chizuk and hiskashrus.
