TH Plantations reaffirms commitment to long term sustainability and growth

Its chairman Datuk Dr Ahmad Kushairi Din said the group delivered consistent results for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2025, supported by disciplined execution and prudent management.
He said TH Plantations recorded revenue of RM961.24 million and profit before tax of RM178.99 million, reflecting stable performance amid market uncertainties.
“The year marked steady progress as we continued to strengthen our long-term direction,” he said in the group’s 2025 annual report.
According to him, the group’s AL-Falah 22/22 strategic plan remains key to its transformation, guiding operations, financial management and sustainability efforts.
He said the plan helps improve execution, strengthen capabilities and ensure the group remains competitive in a changing industry.
On sustainability, he highlighted ongoing efforts to reduce environmental impact, including the commissioning of a biogas power plant in Johor, which is expected to cut carbon emissions significantly.
“TH Plantations is also expanding renewable energy use, improving energy efficiency and adopting electric vehicles to reduce fuel consumption,” he said.
The group continues to prioritise employee welfare and community development, with initiatives focused on labour standards, health and education.
He also emphasised the importance of strong governance, noting that the Board has strengthened policies and oversight to support long-term value creation.
Looking ahead, the chairman added that the industry will remain challenging due to global uncertainties and price volatility.
However, he said TH Plantations is well positioned to manage these challenges through strong governance, careful financial management and a focus on operational performance.
“We remain committed to building a sustainable future with discipline and integrity,” he said.
