J&T Express Malaysia is supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with scalable distribution and fulfilment solutions, as part of its role as a strategic partner of Retail Summit Asia 2026 by EasyStore.

With rising parcel volumes and increasingly fast-paced consumer expectations, the company sees scalable logistics capabilities as an important enabler for SMEs, with reliable fulfilment and a seamless delivery experience becoming critical differentiators for building customer loyalty.

The partnership reflects J&T Express Malaysia’s focus on helping SMEs bridge the gap between business growth and operational capacity, particularly as more businesses expand across e-commerce and multiple sales channels.

As businesses grow, so do the challenges

Speaking during the panel discussion, Michelle Lim, Lead of Public Affairs and Branding at J&T Express Malaysia, said business growth can bring new operational challenges, particularly when increasing order and parcel volumes place greater pressure on existing distribution and fulfilment capabilities.

“Growth is exciting for SMEs, but it also brings greater operational complexity. As parcel volumes increase, distribution and fulfilment can quickly outgrow a business owner’s existing capabilities,” she said.

“By integrating EasyStore’s commerce capabilities with J&T Express Malaysia’s logistics network, we aim to help SMEs streamline fulfilment, keep pace with demand and stay connected to their customers,” she added.

Helping SMEs keep up with growing demand

J&T Express said its fulfilment center in Klang, located alongside its sorting center, enables orders to move directly from fulfilment to sorting and into the delivery network, streamlining the process for sellers.

The closer integration allows parcels to be processed and dispatched more quickly, giving SMEs greater convenience in managing their orders while supporting faster delivery for consumers.

Through its participation as a Strategic Partner at Retail Summit Asia 2026, J&T Express aims to strengthen collaboration with retailers and support Malaysian SMEs in scaling their businesses.
