M’sians Can Enjoy 10am Check-Ins & 4pm Check-Outs at Sunway City Kuala Lumpur Hotels This Oct!

Recently, Malaysians shared their dissatisfaction over certain local hotels only allowing guests to check in at 4pm and check out at 11am, which led to the Malaysia Budget & Business Hotel Association (MyBHA) asserting that there are no laws on what time check-in and check-out should be done.

The Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC) later told the public that people should read the terms and conditions of hotel bookings to avoid misunderstandings, which angered the people as it didn’t provide a solution to the issue at hand. MOTAC Minister, Dato’ Sri Tiong King Sing, on the other hand, said he’ll take action accordingly.

Now, in light of the public’s criticisms surrounding check-in and check-out times, Sunway City Kuala Lumpur Hotels has launched an initiative for Malaysian residents to enjoy 10am check-ins and 4pm check-outs for the whole month of October.
