Ark follows portfolio rules that limit any single holding to 10% of a fund. That policy helps the firm keep its ETFs diversified when certain stocks or funds rise quickly. The rule can lead to trims after strong price moves lift a holding’s weight.
Clarity Act Vote Draws Market Attention
The crypto stock rally came as Congress returned from its August recess. Investors also watched the Digital Asset Market Structure Clarity Act, which could move forward this month. Expectations around the bill added another policy event for crypto markets.
Senate Republicans released a revised draft on Monday after negotiations with Democrats. The proposal included changes related to ethics and other issues. President Donald Trump had agreed to changes requested during the talks. Polymarket odds of passage rose to 35% on Monday before falling to 19% on Tuesday.
The bill faces a procedural cloture vote at 2:15 p.m. ET on Tuesday. It needs 60 votes to advance. Market participants are watching the vote because the bill would set clearer federal rules for digital asset markets.
