Six last-minute Christmas gifts we found at Liverpool ONE

Last-minute Christmas shopping can be stressful, and with only a few days left until the big day, it’s no surprise the city is filled with festive panic. Parents are questioning whether they’ve bought enough for the kids, while partners are worrying if they picked up the right size.

Luckily, Liverpool ONE remains open until 4pm on Christmas Eve, giving shoppers a little extra time to tick off their gift lists.

With the clock ticking and the shops bustling, we headed to the popular shopping destination to see what bargains could be picked up just in time for the festive season. We managed to select six items, though there was still plenty more on offer throughout the centre.

River Island was running a sale of up to 70% off, while Build-A-Bear tempted shoppers with a buy-one-get-one-for-£12 deal.

Over the past year, Liverpool ONE has also welcomed a range of new stores, including UNIQLO, POP MART, Sephora, KIKO Milano and Anthropologie. Many of these brands originate from overseas, making it less likely that your gift recipient will unwrap the same present as someone else.

Below are some of the items we spotted that would be suitable for a range of people across your family.

  1. The LEGO store

    If you have a Marvel fan in your family, you are in luck this Christmas. Liverpool ONE's LEGO store has multiple sets up for sale, including the iconic Iron Man mask, Galactus from the latest Fantastic Four movie and Spin and Electro vehicles. There was a range of prices, meaning you could pick up a stocking filler or underneath-the-tree present.

  2. Liverpool FC Store

    As always, the Liverpool FC store is filled with ideal Christmas presents for Reds fans. However, this year it had a Premier League Champions team collection set on sale.
    Made up of 20 figures including manager Arne Slot and the mascot, the collection is reminiscent of bobble-head toys. Priced at £89.99, the set is a way to celebrate Liverpool's historic title win for years to come.
    And of course, the Everton Two store next door had plenty of gifts on offer for Blues

  3. John Lewis

    The Liverpool ONE store now homes 132 brands, 23 of which are either new or been expanded thanks to an refurb earlier this year.
    It now houses 132 premium brands, features 23 new or expanded counters, and introduces exclusive brands to the city for the first time, including Trinny London, Byredo, and Maison Francis Kurkdjian. Also included in that number are Jo Malone London, Chantecaille, LOEWE, Byredo, and Sculpted By Aimee.
    With so many brands on offer, there is something for everyone, no matter their age.
    This is the first Liverpool store to sell official Fenty products, meaning you can pick up something last minute without having to worry about them coming in time with delivery.
    This Fenty Gloss Bomb Vault was on offer as a package deal, however they can be bought separate alongside skincare, haircare and other make-up products.

  1. TGJones

    A present that is often forgotten or overlooked, but one that is always appreciated in the long run, is a 2026 diary.
    TGJones (formerly WHSmith) had them on sale in abundance. Whether it was day-to-day, to-do or journal diaries the retail chain has you covered.

  2. Anthropologie

    The newly-opened American chain is fully stocked with its '47 Mini LA Dodgers Baseball Caps. Priced at £30, they are essentially for anyone despite the brand being a womenswear company.
    The hats come with an adjustable strap and a movable button on the back, allowing the hat to sit on your head however you prefer.

  3. POP MART

    Long gone are the days of trekking all over town with the tiny hope of getting your hands on a viral Labubu thanks to Liverpool ONE's newest store.
    Although many in your life may already have a Labubu, given they have been around for some months now, the store has several other inspired items on sale.
