10 Summerlin neighborhoods reaching final inventory

Ten neighborhoods in the Summerlin master-planned community are approaching final sales with each neighborhood offering fewer than 20 remaining homes, or less than 20 percent of total inventory. As neighborhoods near close-out, homebuilders often provide special incentives, including special pricing, additional upgrades and unique offers. Ascension by Toll Brothers, located in The Peaks village, features two collections of homes encompassing six floor plans in a mix of single- and two-story elevations that range from 3,623 square feet to 4,998 square feet, priced from just under $2 million. Ascension is a gated neighborhood that will eventually boast its own resident-exclusive clubhouse and community center with pools, pickleball courts, a fitness center, bike paths and a bicycle repair station.

Mira Villa by Toll Brothers, a luxury neighborhood in The Canyons village — a scenic, golf-themed area of the community — features a collection of all single-story luxury condominium flats housed in a mid-rise. Remaining homes range from 2,052 square feet to 3,724 square feet and are priced from approximately $1 million. Mira Villa boasts mature landscaping and is surrounded by two golf courses: TPC Las Vegas, which is in Summerlin; and neighboring Angel Park located just outside the community.

Vertex by Tri Pointe Homes, located in the Redpoint Square district, offers convenient and low-maintenance townhome living with the added benefit of a private backyard and patio more typical of a single-family home. Vertex features three two-story elevations with open floor plans from 1,790 square feet to 1,914 square feet, priced from the mid $500,000s to the $600,000s.

Cordillera by Toll Brothers in the Redpoint Square district features three open-concept townhome designs from 1,803 square feet to 2,154 square feet with attached two-car garages. Priced from the high $500,000s to the mid-$600,000s, Cordillera townhomes offer an optional and popular rooftop deck to take advantage of sweeping views overlooking the valley.

Edgewood by Tri Pointe Homes in Grand Park village offers four floor plans in a mix of single- and two-story elevations. Homes range from 1,995 square feet to 2,516 square feet, priced from the $900,000s. Edgewood homes include outdoor-indoor living features to take advantage of the neighborhood’s spectacular setting with a front row seat to nearby Grand Park. And finally, Arcadia by Shawood in Grand Park village offers three, two-story floor plans from 3,176 square feet to 3,399 square feet, priced from more than $1.5 to more than $1.6 million.
