Fire in North Dallas gated community, house evacuated

More than 60 firefighters responded to the scene.

Dallas-Fire Rescue responded to a fire on Ash Bluff Lane in North Dallas around 9 a.m.

Firefighters say a three-story house caught fire, with smoke coming from the roof. The community is gated, so NBC 5 could only capture video of the smoke billowing out.

Firefighters were evacuated from the house when it was determined it was too dangerous to fight from the inside; fire was reported in the attic.

More than 60 firefighters responded to the scene.

It's unclear if anyone was inside the house when the fire began, but no one has been reported injured at this time.
