Riyadh — Mubasher: Academy of Learning Company reported a net profit of SAR 40.65 million for the fiscal year (FY) than ended on 30 June 2026, down 1.93% year-on-year (YoY).

The company noted that the results are not directly comparable as the prior period covered 18 months due to a fiscal year transition, while the current reporting period spans 12 months.

Revenue for the year reached SAR 235.51 million, up 3.33% from SAR 227.91 million in the extended 18-month prior period.

On a normalized 12-month basis, the company achieved its highest-ever annual revenue and net profit, driven by a 13.40% increase in the student body to 16,948 and a 16.40% rise in average revenue per student to SAR 13,742.

Operating profit rose by 22.27% to SAR 70.01 million as revenue growth outpaced costs. However, the bottom line was impacted by SAR 7 million in pre-operating losses from its new school’s subsidiary and a rise in finance costs to SAR 16.50 million.

Total assets grew to SAR 579.40 million, while shareholders' equity increased by 10.77% to SAR 159.84 million. Earnings per share (EPS) stood at SAR 0.30.
