Emaar The Economic City rolls out SAR 547.5m project

Riyadh – Mubasher: Emaar The Economic City announced a project award with Nesma and Partners Contracting Company at an amount of SAR 547.30 million, according to a bourse filing.

The deal covers the infrastructure development of areas within the Industrial Valley and the Special Economic Zone at King Abdullah Economic City, including Phase 1 of the King Salman Automotive Cluster.

These areas are partially developed and require completion of key infrastructure works to support existing tenants and meet contractual obligations.

Emaar The Economic City will disclose the signing of the agreement on Tadawul.

The company closed 2025 with 99.21% year-on-year (YoY) lower losses at SAR 9 million.
