Riyadh - Mubasher: Modern Mills for Food Products Company recorded net profits amounting to SAR 62.30 million in the third quarter (Q3) of 2026, an annual rise of 10.98% from SAR 56.14 million.
The company attributed the growth to a 25.75% rise in quarterly revenue, which reached SAR 328.48 million, fueled by increased sales volumes across key sectors.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2026, the company’s net profit climbed by 5.93% to SAR 181.62 million from SAR 171.45 million.
Total revenue for the nine-month period jumped by 17.20% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 906.66 million.
Earnings per share (EPS) hit SAR 2.24 at the end of September 2026, compared to SAR 2.12 in the previous year.
Operating profit for Q3 rose by 12.34% to SAR 72.17 million. While sales growth supported the bottom line, the company noted that performance was partially offset by higher raw material costs, increased selling and distribution expenses related to geographic expansion, and rising financing costs.
Total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, reached SAR 342.56 million as of 30 September 2026.
In the January-June 2026 period, the net profits increased to SAR 119.33 million from SAR 115.31 million a year earlier.
