Saudi Vitrified Clay secures SAR 5.5m supply order for sewage project

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipe Company (SVCP) has received a purchase order from Al-Imtiaz National Contracting Company valued at SAR 5.58 million, including value-added tax.
The contract, which was awarded and signed on 13 July 2026, involves the supply of vitrified clay pipes and accessories for the completion of sewage networks in Arar city, specifically for Phase 3-B.
The supply agreement carries a duration of two years. According to the company disclosure, the financial impact of this order is expected to be reflected in the financial results of Saudi Vitrified Clay starting from the third quarter (Q3) of 2026.
The company confirmed that the materials will be supplied according to agreed specifications and that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
Saudi Vitrified Clay specializes in manufacturing clay pipe systems for underground drainage and sewage applications, supporting infrastructure development across the Kingdom.
The company’s shareholders rejected a proposal to increase the capital during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on 12 July.
