Ratio Specialty shareholders approve board remuneration, other agenda items

Riyadh – Mubasher: Ratio Specialty Company for Trading announced that its Ordinary General Assembly meeting approved the payment of SAR 346,000 as remuneration for board members for the 2025 fiscal year, according to a bourse filing.
The assembly, which was held on 30 June 2026, approved the appointment of Maham Professional Consulting as the company’s auditor.
The auditing firm will examine the financial statements for the first half (H1) of 2026 and the full fiscal year ending on 31 December 2026, for a total fee of SAR 300,000.
Shareholders also discharged the board of directors from liability for the 2025 fiscal year.
Furthermore, the assembly ratified several board appointments to fill vacancies for the current term ending on 10 March 2028.
The appointments included Mohammed Al Khars and Musa Al Amiri as independent members, effective 31 May and 5 June 2026, respectively.
Moreover, the shareholders approved the appointment of Abdulaziz Al Arfaj as a non-executive member effective 10 June 2026.
Shareholders also authorized board member Abdullah Khalid Al Shaibi to participate in business competing with the company.
