SENAAT’s Egypt-based unit, Elegancia Steel pen deal for joint project in Algeria

Riyadh - Mubasher: Zamil Structural Steel Company, Egypt-based subsidiary of Advanced Building Industries Company (SENAAT), inked a SAR 362.60 million agreement with Qatar-based Elegancia Steel Company.
Under the 18-month agreement, Zamil Structural Steel will manufacture and supply steel structures and cladding works with insulating panels for the benefit of Baladna Algeria, according to a bourse filing.
Meanwhile, the subcontract includes the design, engineering, and supply of the steel structure and the related associated works as part of the dairy and agriculture project in Adrar.
The project, awarded in December 2025, is scheduled to commence this May with key deliverables expected to be completed by November 2027. It will improve sales and profitability for Zamil Structural Steel.
