Arabian Pipes unveils SAR 96m agreement with Saudi Aramco

Riyadh – Mubasher: Arabian Pipes Company and Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) inked a SAR 96 million contract for the manufacture and supply of steel pipes.

The agreement was officially signed and awarded on 28 September 2026.

Under the terms of the agreement, the project will span a duration of 10 months.

Arabian Pipes expects the financial impact of this contract to be reflected in its financial statements starting from the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026 through Q2- 27.

The company confirmed that there are no related parties involved in this transaction. This latest award reinforces the company's position as a key supplier of infrastructure components to the Kingdom's energy sector.

On 21 July, both parties signed an agreement at a value of SAR 68 million.
