Riyadh – Mubasher Fitaihi Holding Group recorded 51.65% year-on-year (YoY) lower net profits at SAR 3.02 million in the first half (H1) of 2026, compared to SAR 6.25 million.

The group attributed the half-year downturn to a lower share of results from associates and a decrease in dividend income from equity instruments.

Total revenues for H1-26 reached SAR 32.53 million, down 2.16% from SAR 33.25 million a year earlier.

Earnings per share (EPS) declined to SAR 0.01 from SAR 0.02 in the prior-year period. Total shareholders' equity as of 30 June 2026 was SAR 468.17 million.

For the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, the company achieved a net profit of SAR 7.38 million, a 2.04% increase compared to SAR 7.23 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

This quarterly growth was driven by a 19.5% rise in sales to SAR 10.40 million and a 26.1% increase in the share of results from associates.

The second-quarter performance also marked a significant recovery from Q1-26, when the company posted a net loss of SAR 4.36 million.
