Sinad Holding’s net losses near SAR 15m in 2025

Riyadh - Mubasher: The net losses attributable to the owners of Sinad Holding Company reached SAR 14.80 million in 2025, higher by 279.49% year-on-year (YoY) than SAR 3.90 million.

The loss per share widened to SAR 0.12 as of 31 December 2025 from SAR 0.03 a year earlier, according to the financial results.

Furthermore, the revenues stood at SAR 1.69 billion at the end of 2025, signaling an annual decline of 2.81% from SAR 1.74 billion.

During the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Sinad Holding recorded an annual drop of 48.30% in net losses to SAR 6.10 million, compared to SAR 11.80 million.
