Al Modawat to expand ICU capacity by 104%

Riyadh - Mubasher: Al Modawat Specialized Medical Company has secured the approval from the relevant authorities to increase the number of intensive care unit (ICU) beds by 104% through the reclassification of existing beds.

The expansion will not affect the hospital’s number of approved beds, which remains at 100, according to a bourse disclosure.

This reflects the company's successful investments in developing infrastructure and specialized services.

Al Modawat plans to enhance its operational capacity to meet increasing demand and solidifies the hospital's position as a leading center for critical specialized care and major surgeries in the region.

Earlier this month, the Tadawul-listed firm inked a deal with Deloitte & Touche to conduct financial due diligence as part of its efforts to transfer shares from the Parallel Market (Nomu) to the Main Market (TASI).
