Riyadh – Mubasher: Arabian Pipes Company has signed several contracts with the state energy giant Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) at an estimated total value of SAR 62 million, according to a bourse disclosure.

The joint contracts agreement involves the manufacturing and supply of steel pipes for the oil and gas major’s operations.

Arabian Pipes and Aramco penned the contracts on 21 May 2026 for a duration of 10 months.

Regarding the financial implications of the deal, Arabian Pipes has provided a specific timeline for when the revenue will be recognized in its financial statements. The company anticipates that the financial impact of these contracts will begin to manifest during the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026.

Furthermore, the positive reflection on the company’s financial performance is expected to extend into Q1-27. This distribution of revenue recognition aligns with the production and delivery schedule of the 10-month contract term.

The recently signed contracts build on the eight-month deal that was concluded on 20 May 2026 between the two listed entities. Meanwhile, the latest development marks a continuation of the industrial partnership between the two entities and provides a clear projection for Arabian Pipes’ manufacturing pipeline over the coming year.
