Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Hammadi Holding Company announced the board of director’s decision to distribute cash dividends totaling SAR 32 million for the (Q1) of 2026, during its meeting on 21 May.
The total payout follows the authorization granted by the company’s general assembly to the board for the issuance of interim dividends throughout 2026, according to a bourse disclosure.
Meanwhile, the distribution is based on a total of 160 million eligible shares, with shareholders set to receive a dividend of SAR 0.20 per share, which represents 2% of the share’s nominal value.
The move follows an earlier announcement made on 10 May 2026, in which the board initially signaled its recommendation for the cash distribution.
The company confirmed the clear timeline for the dividend cycle to ensure transparency for its investor base. The eligibility date for the Q1-26 dividend is set for 1 June 2026, while the actual disbursement of funds will be on 14 June.
It is worth noting that this dividend distribution for the January-March 2026 period highlights Al Hammadi Holding’s structured approach to capital allocation and its adherence to the dividend policy authorized by its shareholders. By utilizing the delegated authority to issue interim payments, the board continues to manage the company's financial distributions in alignment with the fiscal year's operational results.
