Riyadh — Mubasher: SHL Finance Company reported a net profit of SAR 46.93 million for the nine-month (9M) period that ended on 30 September 2026, according to a bourse filing.

The net income in 9M-26 marked a 36.91% increase from SAR 34.28 million in the same period last year.

The company attributed the growth to higher profit rates on new loans and a rise in special commission income from financing.

The company's loan and advances portfolio grew to SAR 4.82 billion in 9M-26, a 5.46% increase compared to SAR 4.57 billion a year earlier.

Total assets reached SAR 5.04 billion as of 30 September 2026.

Net impairment charges for expected credit losses rose by 3.49% to SAR 13.51 million. Earnings per share (EPS) for the nine-month period improved to SAR 0.47 from SAR 0.34 in the corresponding period of the previous year.

For the third quarter (Q3) of 2026, SHL Finance posted net profit at SAR 11.58 million, surging by 40.12% from SAR 8.26 million in Q3-25.

Total special commission income from financing for the quarter rose by 8.34% to SAR 113.39 million, supported by the expansion of the financing portfolio.

However, quarterly net profit declined by 30.02% compared to SAR 16.54 million in Q2-26 due to higher financing expenses.
