Saudi DRC to hold EGM late July for bylaws amendments

Riyadh – Mubasher: Digital Research Company (DRC) invited its shareholders to participate and vote in the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) (first meeting) scheduled for 27 July 2026.

The meeting will be conducted via modern technology from the company's headquarters at Roshn Business Front on Airport Road in Riyadh, according to a bourse filing.

The primary agenda item for the assembly is a vote on amending Article 4 of the company’s bylaws, which pertains to the company's objectives.

According to the disclosure, the proposed changes include adding activities such as data processing, web hosting, management consultancy, and the organization of conferences and trade exhibitions.

Electronic voting for the meeting is scheduled to commence at 01:00 on 23 July 2026 and will remain open until the conclusion of the assembly.

Eligibility for attendance and voting is restricted to shareholders registered in the company’s records at the Securities Depository Center by the end of the trading session preceding the meeting.

Per Article 29 of the company’s bylaws, the assembly requires a legal quorum to proceed with the proposed regulatory updates.

Saudi DRC recently announced shareholder approval for a 75% capital increase to SAR 29.53 million as previously recommended by the board of directors.
