BSF Capital unveils semi-annual valuation reports for Taleem REIT

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Fransi Capital (BSF Capital) announced the availability of the semi-annual valuation reports for the assets of Taleem REIT Fund for the period that ended on 30 June 2026.

The reports provide an updated assessment of the fund's real estate portfolio in accordance with the fund's terms and conditions.

The valuation process was conducted by two independent accredited valuers: Saudi Asset Valuation Company and Abaad Real Estate Valuation.

These assessments were prepared in line with the fund’s established asset valuation policy to ensure transparency regarding the market value of the underlying properties.

The fund manager stated that the comprehensive reports are now available to the public. This disclosure follows the regulatory requirements for real estate investment traded funds to provide periodic updates on asset performance and valuation to unit holders and the broader market.

Taleem REIT generated a net profit of SAR 19.76 million in the first half (H1) of 2026, supported by a total return of 3.95% for the period.
