Alujain Corporation’s CEO Al Dawood resigns

Riyadh - Mubaher: The board of Alujain Corporation accepted the resignation of CEO Khalid bin Mohammed Al Dawood on 10 September 2026.
The resignation, which becomes effective on 14 September, follows Al Dawood reaching the legal age for retirement.
The board has appointed Mohammed bin Khalid Al Mutairi to serve as acting CEO starting 14 September.
Al Mutairi, who holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, has been with the company for nine years and currently serves as the Vice President of Administrative Affairs. He possesses extensive experience in governance and management.
The company stated that an agreement has been reached with Al Dawood to return to his position under a new contract within 15 days of the resignation's effective date.
Al Mutairi will lead the executive team until the re-employment process for Al Dawood is finalized.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, Alujain Corporation turned profitable at SAR 104.05 million, against a net loss of SAR 4.80 million in the prior-year period.
