Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Mohafaza Company for Education reported a 24.92% increase in annual net profit for the fiscal year (FY) which ended on 31 July 2026, according to a bourse filing.
The net income soared to SAR 7.32 million in FY25/26 from SAR 5.86 million in FY24/25.
The company attributed the growth to higher revenues from new educational agreements and an increase in student numbers across its schools.
Annual revenue climbed by 41.84% to SAR 40.11 million in FY25/26, compared to SAR 28.28 million a year earlier.
This revenue growth was supported by a new contract with Prince Mugrin University for remote diploma programs and an agreement with King Abdulaziz University’s Scientific Endowment for health diploma programs.
Operating profit for the period surged by 49.69% to SAR 6.57 million, while gross profit increased by 13.59% to SAR 12.54 million.
Earnings per share (EPS) for the August 2025-July 2026 period improved to SAR 0.91 from SAR 0.73 in the prior period.
Total shareholders' equity (excluding non-controlling interests) stood at SAR 115.08 million at the end of July 2026, representing a 2.9% annual increase.
Al Mohafaza for Education noted that certain comparative figures were reclassified to better reflect operational performance, specifically shifting diploma and course revenues from "other income" to net revenue.
