2P Perfect Presentation extends SAR 376m facility deal with Banque Saudi Fransi

Riyadh — Mubasher: Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Company (2P Perfect Presentation) has renewed and increased its Sharia-compliant banking facility agreement with Banque Saudi Fransi.

The financing package is valued at SAR 376.19 million, according to a bourse disclosure.

The company stated that the credit facility is intended to finance new project contracts, as well as the issuance of letters of credit and bank guarantees.

Under the terms of the agreement signed on 20 September 2026, the financing is secured by a promissory note for the total value of the facility.

The maturity period for the renewed credit line extends until 20 September 2027.

2P Perfect Presentation confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction. This renewal aligns with the company's operational strategy to maintain liquidity for its expanding project portfolio and commercial obligations.

Earlier this year, the company extended its SAR 289.19 million facility with Banque Saudi Fransi until 6 January 2027.
