SENAAT wins final appeal in over SAR 376m legal dispute

Riyadh — Mubasher: Advanced Building Industries Company (SENAAT) stated that the Second Appeal Circuit of the Commercial Court in Dammam has issued a final ruling in favor of Zamil Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Services Company, according to a bourse filing.

The court upheld an initial judgment dismissing a lawsuit filed by Real Estate Investment and Development Company Ltd.

The plaintiff had sought a total of SAR 376.15 million from the subsidiary, which is operating under the management of SENAAT’s subsidiary Zamil Air Conditioners Holding Company.

In addition to the primary claim, the lawsuit demanded SAR 37.61 million in legal fees.

The final ruling was issued on 22 October 2026 under case number 4771949684, bringing an end to the litigation that the company first disclosed in May this year.

SENAAT further stated that the court’s decision to reject the claim means there will be no financial impact on its financial statements.

The company confirmed that the finality of the ruling follows the completion of all legal procedures before the appellate court.
