Riyadh — Mubasher: Mohammed Hadi Al Rasheed and Partners Company announced the republication of its 2025 board of directors report, incorporating mandatory regulatory updates required for its planned transition from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market.
The revised filing includes detailed disclosures on board and executive remuneration, audit committee leadership, and a comprehensive breakdown of statutory payments.
The updated report confirms the company’s 2025 financial performance, where net profit rose by 5% to SAR 85.01 million.
Revenue for the period reached SAR 347.70 million, representing a 13% increase compared to the previous year.
Total assets grew by 28% to SAR 403.65 million, while total liabilities stood at SAR 112.26 million.
Key governance adjustments in the reissued document include the correction of audit committee member designations and more precise reporting of senior executive compensation, which totaled SAR 3.96 million for the year.
The company also detailed its 2025 dividend activity, which featured a SAR 24 million cash distribution and a 50% capital increase to SAR 180 million through the issuance of bonus shares.
Listing rules require the amended report to be public for at least 30 days before the formal transition application is submitted.
