Jabal Omar receives license to operate 3rd Rotana Hotel tower

Riyadh - Mubasher: Jabal Omar Development Company has received a license from the Ministry of Tourism to operate the third and final tower of the Rotana Hotel.

This move is part of phase four of the Jabal Omar project, according to a bourse filing.

Meanwhile, the third tower includes 205 rooms and suites, along with three restaurants, a café, meeting rooms, and a health club.

The overall project, Rotana Jabal Omar Hotel, consists of three towers with a total of 655 rooms and suites. It is also linked to a commercial center featuring around 16,000 square meters (m2) of leasable space and 131 parking spots.

The company expects the operation of the third tower to positively contribute to revenues during the second quarter (Q2) of 2026.

During 2025, Jabal Omar recorded SAR 2.39 billion in net profits attributable to the owners, marking an annual leap of 1,095% from SAR 200.09 million.
