DS Rent discloses resignation of Audit Committee member

Riyadh — Mubasher: Dar Almarkabah for Renting Cars Company (DS Rent) has announced the resignation of audit committee member Ayman Jaber, effective 24 October 2026, according to a bourse filing.

Jaber, who joined the committee on 4 August 2026, stepped down due to professional and investment commitments that require his full-time attention.

The company stated that its board of directors will appoint a replacement to fill the vacant seat in accordance with relevant regulations.

The appointment of a replacement to Jaber will ensure the committee maintains the minimum requirement of three members.

DS Rent confirmed that the name of the new appointee will be disclosed at a later date following the completion of the necessary procedures.

The board of directors expressed its gratitude to Jaber for his contributions and efforts during his tenure on the committee.

DS Rent also announced the resignation of Jaber from his role as an independent board member.
